Dojang

Located in central Plano, this traditional dojang, or "training hall," has been updated with new high-tech mats specifically made for "stand-up" martial arts - thin enough that you won't sink into the floor, but thick enough to provide the padding you need when practicing falls or throws. The training area is wood grain, with a black strip around the sides. The black strip is not considered a formal part of the training area, and gives parents and students (or siblings) a way to access the bathrooms without having to "bow in," although we do request that you remove your shoes before stepping onto the mats.

There is an area for parents/spectators, allowing you to watch your children train without distracting them. This also gives younger siblings a chance to watch, or play quietly without interrupting the class.
